Love Pizza Hut of course but I gave three stars on the account that they said they don't have salt and that they don't put salt on their French fries. Lesson of the day; don't get the French fries here. They don't know how to make it.

This Pizza Hut in no way the International standard expected of the franchise. Disappointing pizza taste! Pepperoni pizza mostly out of stock. Keep your expectations very low…They don't even have Salt!

Each time I come here the standard just drops lower and lower. Asked for a pineapple and cheese pizza was told, “we don’t have that only beef Hawaiian”??? Uh ok. Then after negotiation I ordered the tropical veggie and there were no veggies on the pizza or in stock plus they added a stranger yellow cheese sauce that I did not ask for or has anything to do with the pizza ingredients. If you’re going to go on like an international restaurant and charge international prices then you must have an international standard. That includes staff too. Not the standard of Pizza Hut at all for the amount of money you spend. Never going back! … – show

Orders over the phone are not handled professionally. They don’t make it ready on time. I won’t do it next time especially if I’m in a hurry.

Like other locations of Pizza Hut in Ethiopia, this location (century mall) was also found same. No trained staff, no supervisor, no welcome procedure, nothing at all like pizza hut. From entrance till you get rid of this place, their staff will try to make you feel that they don't need any customer.
They will force you to think that they don't know and don't want to understand what exactly service is called.
Not recommended at all if you want to visit them by seeing the name of pizza hut brand. It is only name. Owners are running this in their own typical style
Visiting there is total wastage of money and time. I guarantee, you will get your mood spoiled once you enter here. … – show

The pizza is so nice, the bread is big (not crispy) which is nice, clean and big place, price is OK!, service is supper, the music is cool, I like the view to the big window sides, you have a bar chair and table option which is good, it have a vibe of being outside Ethiopia.
Worth spending time and money.
